What is the difference between a Platinum Listing and a Gold Listing?
Platinum Listings appear first on the page, above Gold Listings.
Platinum Listings contain one image on the short ad and up to six images and
a PDF file on the Full Page Ad. Gold Listings appear below Platinum
Listings and have only one image on the Full Page Ad and none on the short ad.
Why are there so many choices for Banners?
We want Banners to be affordable for every budget and we want advertisers
to be able to target their market. If you only want to advertise in
a particular region and not the entire country, then you have the option
of ordering Banners for only one particular region. Likewise, you
may select optimal coverage by having Banners on every page of Senior
Genie™.
What is the difference between Daily and Weekly coupons?
A Daily coupon expires in one day, forcing the consumer to use the coupon
immediately. Weekly coupons allow the consumer one week to redeem the
coupon. We suggest that Advertisers use the Daily coupons to "move"
high-dollar items or limited-quantity items.
What is the Senior Genie™ Ad Manager?
The Ad Manager is your secure online advertising account that allows you to
create, edit and manage your Listing, Banners and coupons on
Senior Genie™ over the Internet. It is password-accessible 24
hours a day, seven days a week.
How do I create a Listing on Senior Genie™?
When you purchase your advertising on Senior Genie™, you will select a
password for the Senior Genie™ Ad Manager. Once you log in to
the secure Ad Manager, you will be able to type in the content of your
Listing. You will also be able to upload photographs, a logo, a PDF
file and Banner images, depending on your purchase. And, you will be
able to create coupons by typing in the coupon offer and coupon
limitations.
How often can I change the content of my listing on Senior Genie™?
You may change content as often as you want at any time of the day by
logging in to your private account in the Senior Genie™ Ad Manager.
How do I create coupons?
After logging in to the Senior Genie™ Ad Manager, create coupons by
typing in the coupon offer, limitations and stipulations. Input the
start date and end date for the coupon. We suggest that you create
at least one default coupon to ensure that there is always an active coupon
on your Listing.
How often can I change my coupons on Senior Genie™?
As often as you want at any time of the day. We encourage you to
monitor the effectiveness of your coupons. You should change your
coupon offer immediately if it is not working.™ We suggest that you
use the Daily Coupon to move high-dollar items and clearance items.
There is never a fee for changing your coupons.
Can I create coupons in advance?
Yes, you may create an unlimited number of coupons, though only two
coupons will show on your Listing at a time (one Daily and one
Weekly). The Ad Manager only places current coupons online.
Expired coupons are automatically removed from the Listing, though they
remain stored in the Ad Manager. You may change the start/end dates
on expired coupons to re-activate them. It is wise to create default
coupons to appear in the event that all of your coupons have expired.
How do I create Banners on Senior Genie™?
Unlike coupons, you cannot create a banner in the Ad Manager. You
can only upload pre-existing banner images. To upload to
Senior Genie™, a banner image must be in a jpeg or gif file.
Premium Banners are 582 x 72 pixels and Right Side Banners are
125 x 125 pixels. If your banner image is smaller than
this size, it will not fill the entire allotted area and there will be
empty space around it. If your banner image is larger than this
size, the Ad Manager will automatically re-size it to fit the space when
you upload the file. A standard 728 x 90 banner will fit
perfectly into the Premium Banner perfectly proportioned.
What if I want to change my Banner or the images on my Listing?
One of the unique advantages to advertising on Senior Genie™ is the
ability to edit your ads at no extra charge at any time, day or night.
You may change your Banner, images, PDF file, etc. as often as you choose by
logging in to the Ad Manager.
What if the URL to my website changes?
It is easy to change your web site's URL in the Ad Manager. It lets
you change the link to your web site in your Listing and the link in your
Banners.

How long has Senior Genie™ been online?
SeniorGenie.com has been online since 2005. The NEW
Senior Genie™ that offers Coupons to its members became available
to the public in February 2007.
Where are the headquarters for Senior Genie™?
Our headquarters is located at 101 Convention Center Drive, Suite 700 in
Las Vegas, Nevada.
Do you give refunds?
No. However, we are currently giving a 50% discount on Listings and
Banners, which gives you 6 months free advertising. This is a limited
time offer.
Do you give volume discounts?
Yes. We give a 49-50% discount for 2-10 listings. The first
listing is regular price. If you need more than ten listings, e-mail
us at

Tell us how many listings you need and the city locations. Our
staff will send you a customized quote.
Do I have the option of letting Senior Genie™ create my listing for me?
No. However, if a local Senior Genie™ salesperson helped you,
they can help you with the online process. It is very easy.
Is my Company's information protected against hackers?
Yes, SeniorGenie.com uses current encryption technology with multiple
layers of firewalls to protect your company and payment information.
Do I need a web site before I can advertise on Senior Genie™?
No. If you have a web site, you may link to it with your
Senior Genie™ banner or listing. The Full Page ads on
Senior Genie™ are designed to contain information and images similar
to what a Senior would find on your own web site.

Senior Genie™ does not list the category that fits my business. Can I still purchase a listing?
Yes, as long as your business is similar to an existing category.
We reserve the right to refuse any business that does not fit a
category. No adult material, no sexual content, no political ads
and no objectionable language is permitted.
How do I get Senior Genie™ to add a new category or sub-category?
E-mail us and explain what you need. We will contact you and tell
you whether Management agrees that your category fits the
Senior Genie™ criteria. If it does, we will add your category
and/or sub-category to the site.
Does Senior Genie™ ever add new categories?
Yes. See the above answer.
Does Senior Genie™ ever add new cities and new regions?
Yes. We will be adding new cities and regions on an on-going basis
until we have added every popular travel and retirement area in the United
States. We will add Hawaii and Alaska last. It takes 2 to 4
weeks to add a new area to the site, depending on the number of towns in
an area.
How do you determine which regions and cities are posted on Senior Genie&trade?
We have selected areas that Seniors commonly choose for travel and
retirement. This typically means places with a warm winter climate
or a pleasant year-round climate. Known tourist destinations are
also considered.
What is the pay-per-click fee and the download fee?
We charge 3¢ every time your Full Page Ad is visited. We charge
6¢ every time a Senior Genie™ member downloads one of your
coupons.
What types of payment do you accept?
Senior Genie™ accepts E-Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Monthly payments are billed each month to your credit card or E-Check.
Annual payments are billed every year unless you notify us of changes.
What happens if I sell my business before my Listing has expired?
The new owner of your business is obligated to fulfill the contract that
you made with us.
